How do I know when my application is approved?

You can track the progress of your application by looking at the progress bar for that specific application in question on the dashboard. When the "Issuance of License/Permit Certificate or Refusal Letter" step indicates "closed", you can select to view the details of your application. If your application is approved, you can find your License details at the top of the page. You will also receive an email notification informing you that your license/permit is approved.
